First time at Medica

Medica is just around the corner and the last week preparing is well on it’s way. Basics have been ready for quite some time, like the booth, the flights and accommodation. And the new Upcon reader is also soon ready to be packed for the flight. This week we will concentrate on how to present the new Upcon system at the booth. And decided that we want to test something new this time. Normally we use laptop to control the reader, but now we took that to the next level and configured my tablet to control the device. Here at the office it seems to work fine, but the next week will show how things go when they are put to the real test. I think I will pack my laptop for just in case.

How the trade show preparations have gone then? I have to say that we have been getting a lot of help from our partners. We have shared booth with Kaivogen Ltd. and their previous experience from Medica has helped a lot. Also Entre Marketing has done a good job with reminding deadlines for online catalogue, cargo, catering etc. And Henri Storm from Troms Communications has helped us out with the press releases, materials and booth construction.

This project has also put our R&D team to the test. It has been great effort from everybody to put the Upcon plate reader together and ready for the show. And now it finally seems that we have done it, just in time!

If you are at Dusseldorf next week, stop by and say hello to us at hall 3 booth F44! There are still few available time slots to be booked at
